If I request that a book be held for me, how long will it be held?
I will hold it for one Saturday. The other option is to order it online, request that you wish to pick it up and when I process the order I will not charge you for the shipping.
What is the deal with shipping?
Normal shipping is thru the US Postal Service media mail category, This takes anywhere from 5 to 15 business days. The first books is $2.99, and then each additional book is 50 cents each.
Are there items in the store that you do not have listed on the web site?
An emphatic yes. The web site has about two third of the books I have in inventory. I have a section of about 300 older westerns that do not have individual listings, another section of about 400 classics that do not have individual listings. Similarly there are about 1500 One Dollar Books.
Is there really a Sven and Ole?
Yes. I am Sven, he is Ole. Ole lives in California. Ole has no financial interest in the store. He does get a beer bought for him once in awhile for rent of the name.
